rediculous amount of errors

I installed windows 8.1 just over a month ago and ever since then i have been getting this weird stuttering problem.
I notice it in games the most, but it does happen at the desktop. I have been trying to figure it out for awhile now. I have updated my drivers, updated windows, and tried some other things. I noticed skydrive was writing to my ssd pretty frequently, so i disabled it. The stuttering is completely random but it always happens at some point. When it does start to stutter i have to restart my system.
I decided to take a look at the event viewer and found that i have more then 4000 events. The first one being on December 13th. A lot of them share the same event id. I think i see 1008 the most but it is hard to tell. About every 10 minutes it writes a bunch of errors to the log.

I attached the table view, but the full text view is too big to upload.
The full text view is over 160,000 lines so i will upload it on mediafire. If you would like to see it another way just let me know.

Would this amount of events cause stuttering?

Thanks for the help

Sorry about that. tappeddarkmaneventlist.zip is what i originally uploaded to mediafire, and the other is from the tool.

edit:
ImageToMapX.exe is a program that you run from the exe(didnt install it).

edit #2:
My page file is disabled so i was not able to give you a dump file.

Meh. Not too much to pick out that I don't like.

You should install the driver for your Corsair M60 mouse and update its firmware for good measure, too: https://shop.corsair.com/en/media/cms/drivers/M60-setup-060513.zip

Disabling logging as per this link will probably set it straight though:

https://support.microsoft.com/kb/260729

Probably would benefit from disabling the Windows Search service, using Ccleaner and performing a nice defrag too.

Another possible fix:

In Group Policy Editor (run: gpedit.msc), go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Distributed COM > Application Compatibility and enable "allow local activation security check exemptions"
