How to force a BSOD with a specific code?

Hello, I am asking if it is possible to force a BSOD in Win8.1 such as 0x0000009F: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Forcing a bsod can not harm a computer in any way, and is even a supported function by Microsoft.

To do so, you can use either an old-skool PS/2 or a newer USB keyboard, and the method for each varies only slightly.
