Disable the CPU ability to overclock. If you can't get into bios, use Windows Power Plan settings to set max CPU = 99% and Min CPU = any number less than 99%.

Test like this and see how it goes.

You could also update bios from motherboard website.

Okay I have set max CPU to 99% (it was at 100%) and left min CPU at 5% as it was.

    Hello again,

short update: Everything runs really well at the moment I haven't had any bluescreens in the last 2 weeks and I am runing Kaspersky and UltraMon again ...

What I did: I took everything apart and tested all the components on my table. I also did an update on my BIOS.

So I think the problem was either the (old) BIOS or an electrical short in my case ...

Nevertheless my problem is solved. Thanks for your help MasterChief

Very wise. Yes, I suggest a system rebuild like that from time to time. Not usually for BSODs because if there was something funky like that, it probably would just shut down or not power on at all (or power off very quickly after power on.)

Nevertheless, it's great to hear of success and you're welcome.
