Hello everyone. I have for the first time a BSOD on Windows 8.1 Pro 64. I was using the Chrome when the problem occurred.

I'm sending attached the file generated by SF Diagnostic Tool.

If someone could help to me identify the problem, I would be very grateful.

Thank you!

Hey there,

You've had a highly unusual crash involving ATMFD.DLL.

These drivers are unheard of and never seen before, over a very large sample section:

Code:
30811157 30811157.sys Fri Mar 04 04:20:03 2011 (4D70AEC3)
77299661 77299661.sys Fri Sep 25 09:59:13 2009 (4ABCCCB1)
77299662 77299662.sys Thu Oct 22 05:54:01 2009 (4AE02BB9)
78431402 78431402.sys Fri Mar 04 04:20:03 2011 (4D70AEC3)

Razer drivers and AVG drivers have been known to crash machines.

So, I propose a scan with Malwarebytes after updating the definitions, uninstalling Razer software and using something else to replace it (as a temporary test procedure for now only), and uninstalling AVG.

After AVG uninstall, use the tool they offer to remove it as well.

Reboot. Set Windows Firewall + Windows Defender to Automatic and start them too.

Run this command from an elevated command prompt:

sfc /scannow

Uninstall DaemonTools Lite and replace it with PowerISO.

Update Logitech gamepad or similar (whatever you have from them) drivers:

Code:
WmBEnum WmBEnum.sys Tue Apr 27 16:10:19 2010 (4BD744AB)
WmFilter WmFilter.sys Tue Apr 27 16:10:19 2010 (4BD744AB)
WmHidLo WmHidLo.sys Tue Apr 27 16:09:36 2010 (4BD74480)
WmVirHid WmVirHid.sys Tue Apr 27 16:08:53 2010 (4BD74455)
WmXlCore WmXlCore.sys Tue Apr 27 16:09:26 2010 (4BD74476)

If issues persist, please post new crash dumps, hopefully reflecting these changes above.

We will try to tackle those drivers in the first code at top then.
