My ibuypower laptop crashes pretty often due to the same three problems/files:
C:\Windows\minidump\011914-17359-01.dmp
C:\Users\AppData\Local\temp\WER-64531-0.sysdata.xml
C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
Can someone help me try and fix this that can? I can provide any other information needed as well. I have the diagnostics uploaded as well as screen shots of my computer specs from running dxdiag. Any help is GREATLY appreciated, as this has been going on for quite some time.

I've also just noticed that it seems to occur when i open steam, but it only started crashing after opening steam recently, as i was using it to play games earlier today, so I'm unsure if this could be the cause or if it's merely coincidence.
The first two errors that i reported earlier changed after this previous steam crash as well, but i don't have them written down to report unfortunately...

Where do i need to go to update the stated driver? Or what do I need to do? I clicked on the link but the download opens up a page that says "not found"

Edit:
I did do what was indicated on MSI's website to disable qualcomm.

After disabling Qualcomm my computer has yet to blue screen, so I believe the problem is fixed, but if anything else happens ill report my findings again here.
