Assembled pc but computer freezes and crashes

Okay well i posted this thread on toms hardware but i haven't gotten a solution yet. I've recently assembled my pc and everything seemed to be working fine. But one day my pc was frozen on the window menu. I hard to forceably turn off my computer and restart it. When i turned it back down my pc would turn on and off repeatedly until it finally turned on for good. When my computer freezes, my keyboard, mouse and headset Immediately turns off, basically anything connected to the mobo. So i'm guessing is a mobo problem. here are my specs
OS: window 8.1
MOBO: Asus P9x79 WS
CPU: intel i7 4930k 3.4ghz
GPU: 2x 780 ti's
Ram: Corsair Dominator 16gb 2400mhz (4x4gb)
PSU: Corsair AX1200i
Hardrive: 2tb Seagate SSHD
I've enabled XMP to run the ram at recommended settings, and disabled it, both options didn't solve the problem. It happens randomly, it could be on running fine for 8-10hours but out of no where the computer freezes acts wild (shuts itself off and on by itself). Any help?

In addition, please provide a screenshot of CPU-Z Memory tab, and one each of the SPD tab for each stick of RAM you have.

If you did not install proprietay drivers for your storage from the manufacturer's website, that would be a good idea to do so now.

Okay well when it freezes, it doesn't give me a BSOD, it just there frozen, i can't do anything because my mouse, keyboard, headset, anything connected to the mobo immediately turns off, but my fans, g pu, ram etc are still running though. I've have the latest nvidia/geforce drivers and the latest bios for the mobo. Ill provide pictures from CPUID

I had to put the ram in the recommended placement as the installation guide indicates ( http://www.mslinn.com/sites/mike/computers/bear/E7069_X79_8-DIMM_Memory_Installation_Guide.pdf), in case if your wondering why is the slots in 1, 3, 5, 7 and not 1,2,3,4. Ill put in the link of my ram just in case it would be useful to you guys
RAM: Dominator® Platinum Series ? 16GB (4 x 4GB) Dual/Quad Channel DDR3 DRAM 2400MHz C10 Memory Kit (CMD16GX3M4A2400C10). I should also say that speedstep is enabled if that has anything to do with the ram. Any other request please ask!!! thanks for the support.

Memory looks fine.

The above...and also...did you use Artic Silver or similar when placing the heat sink on the cpu?

We shall wait to see what the information given looks like...but it is also possible that if it is a hardware issue and not software only, that there is a ground loop defect in the build. For example, motherboard not installed properly in the case.

All these Intel devices are missing drivers. Visit Intel.com to download and install the latest Chipset INF Update Utility and install. Also should install latest Management Engine driver as well.

The second block of code is showing that you're missing Intel's storage driver and it has not been installed yet, so do that too, from Intel.com.

I see Windows has gone berzerk in a few ways, from absence of the drivers.

If the machines acts up after these things (probably not), then take everything out of the case and build the machine on a clean desk, to test how it goes like that, for some time. Don't use anything that can generate static electricity near any components.

Uninstall Motionjoy if this driver is to that, as it is one of the most well-known system crashers going:

Install this driver from ASMedia or motherboard site:

and update Logitech webcam drivers, if there is newer:

If the machines acts up after these things (probably not), then take everything out of the case and build the machine on a clean desk, to test how it goes like that, for some time. Don't use anything that can generate static electricity near any components.

Okay well i installed everything, only thing i could do is keep my fingers crossed, ill wait 1-3 days before i marked this case solved. Thanks for all your help masterchief, you were much more help and better then the guys at tomshardware!! ill post if the problem continues.

But ya - if it just starts powering off and on for no apparent reason and cycling like that (no bsod) - then best to do like I said and build the machine on a nice clean desk without the case, to see how it goes like that.

Well i left my computer on for 15+ hours and it never crashed, but today it did several times. This time my keyboard or anything is connected to the mobo is not shutting itself off. And my pc doesn't go nuts on turning itself off and on. but it is the same problem as before. The desktop would just freeze. Ill run another report for you guys.
