BSOD showing SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION when playing BF4/EVE

Hey all

Since Battlefield 4 i've been getting frequent BSODs, i assumed it was just the game being dodgy / my older video card so I proceeded to upgrade to a 280x from my old nv 9000 series.

Since then I've only been getting SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTIONS which from what i've researched online is typically from old drivers. I've been using the most recent AMD drivers and have updated my mobo bios and used multiple driver updater sweets to update all I can but it doesn't seem to be working, so i assumed it was just BF4 not agreeing with my setup, but in the last few days i've been getting these BSODs with the same error when i've been playing EVE with 3 accounts open at once (common practice). I live in New Zealand so heat isnt really too much of a problem with temperatures never touching 30C ever hovering around 20C.

Any help would be appreciated, I have a dreading suspicion it could by my RAM? but after doing a windows memory error check it came up with nothing. My hard drives are also relatively old. (over 3 years)

Thankyou

Hey.

Update from your motherboard site. Might be part of stuff in Downloads/Utilities section (look to Windows 7 downloads, if need be):

Code:
AsIO AsIO.sys Wed Aug 22 05:54:47 2012 (5034AC67)
AsUpIO AsUpIO.sys Mon Aug 02 22:47:59 2010 (4C57835F)

Driver Reference Table - AsUpIO.sys

Uninstall Daemon Tools or DT Lite and replace with PowerISO.

Code:
Dtsoftbus01 dtsoftbus01.sys Thu Jun 20 03:22:51 2013 (51C2ADCB)

Uninstall OpenVPN, or at the very least, update:

Code:
4: kd> lmvm tapoas
start end module name
fffff800`019e0000 fffff800`019ed000 tapoas (deferred)
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\tapoas.sys
    Image name: tapoas.sys

It didn't cause any crash, but update video card driver to latest from AMD's wesbite.

Thankyou for the fast response, will get onto those now. And just updated to the latest AMD driver following my previous post :D.

Hopefully it helps!

EDIT: Found the windows 8 chipset update in the windows 7 area, >..<
