Welcome.

Where to begin? Doesn't matter much, as long as you do everything. ;)

1- Uninstall Avast with the removal tool they offer. Safe mode usage is best. Replace with MSE for now to test, and permanently if you're so inclined.

2- Do a Windows Update and install any drivers it offers. Reboot.

If this file below is still the same modified date, then I would rename it to EMSC.bak and then delete the corresponding key at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services

If this file below has been updated, leave it all be as is.

Embedded System Control driver:

Code:
5: kd> lmvm emsc
start end module name
fffff800`01113000 fffff800`0111d000 EMSC T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: EMSC.SYS
    Image path: \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\EMSC.SYS
    Image name: EMSC.SYS
    Timestamp: Fri Jun 19 16:35:47 2009 (4A3BF6A3)
    CheckSum: 0000C68C
    ImageSize: 0000A000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

Reboot when done.

3) Visit Realtek's site to update your HD Audio driver. Pay special attention to the instructions when running the installer and please follow them well.

Code:
RTKVHD64 RTKVHD64.sys Thu Jan 13 21:24:28 2011

Realtek

4) Update your Logitech game controller or other device from their website:

Code:
WmBEnum WmBEnum.sys Tue Apr 27 16:10:19 2010 (4BD744AB)
WmXlCore WmXlCore.sys Tue Apr 27 16:09:26 2010 (4BD74476)

Logitech Support - Downloads, Manuals, FAQs & More

5) Update PowerISO to newest:

Code:
SCDEmu SCDEmu.SYS Wed Jun 15 04:29:27 2011

PowerISO - Create, Burn, Mount, Edit, Compress, Encrypt, Split, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter, Virtual Drive

6) Try to update this Accelerometer driver. If it is to a 3rd party software not needed for operation of the machine, I would uninstall it instead:

Code:
stdcfltn stdcfltn.sys Fri Aug 20 14:05:01 2010 (4C6EC3CD)

Driver Reference Table - stdcfltn.sys

7) Uninstall Daemon Tools, Daemon Tools Lite or Alcohol - whichever you have.

There might be another thing or two, but for now, if you complete these above steps, your pc will thank you very much. If we need to troubleshoot further, completion of the above will help us immensely.

So, if there are more issues after, please post a new crash dump. BUT - before doing so, please test the machine without the Razer hardware attached. You may use any generic replacement (to test) - to see how that goes.

I suspect if you follow it all well though, the machine will refrain from acting up any longer. Best of luck.
