Hello all,
I bought a new gaming laptop from Maingear a few months ago and since the day it arrived, it has been giving me BSOD's on almost every single cold boot, either immediately after I get to the desktop, or very shortly after the boot is complete and everything is loaded. I've read the forums on how to upload my .dmp files - the .zip file is attached.
PC Specs:
Intel i7-4800MQ (2.7 GHz)
32 GB DDR3 RAM
nVidia 780M
Windows 8.1
I should add that I have yet to run memtest86 because I truly believe that this is a driver issue. However, in the interest of ruling out bad memory, I will run it this weekend when I have some spare time. I have also downloaded the program DriverUpdate and I've updated all of my drivers. However, the problem still persists. The error codes are always "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL," "BAD_POOL_CALLER," "BAD_POOL_HEADER," "POOL_CORRUPTION_IN_FILE_AREA," or "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys)"
Thanks,
Ben (aka Deltamav)
