Random BSODs

Hi all. I have been having issues with bsod's for a month or two now, which is quite frustrating.

I was having them every hour or so at one stage, however i debugged some issues, such as outdated drivers etc, and it isn't quite as frequent now.
It now occurs 1-3 times a day on average during heavy usage i guess.

I have attached the log file as requested in the guidelines.

Let me know if anyone can see anything that needs fixing, or if you need further info etc. thanks in advance.

Another one overnight while i was sleeping, seemingly caused by msfs.SYS (Mailslot driver).

A bit more info. I have done a chkdsk on the ssd, and also have done ram test with around 4 passes now, without finding anything.

The video card driver has been high on the "suspects list" as the GEOforce drivers seem to cause a lot of issues.
any thoughts?

Please remove the following software..

1) Samsung Android software/drivers

2) Spybot search & destroy 2

I need the model number of the computer. If it is a custom built machine I'll need the model number for the motherboard.

Hi there ectech.
Thanks for replying.
In regards to the samsung drivers/software, do you mean the samsung magician app(for the ssd). I have looked through and i can't find anything related to my s3 on the computer.
I've uninstalled spybot now.

The motherboard is an ASUS Z-87c

If no Samsumg Android drivers are present you can disregard. However, Samsung Magician you should keep.

An update for the following driver is available. Please Download & Install.

1) Realtek LAN Driver

Please Download & Install Speccy..

Run the SF Diag Tool again and create zip file with all the logs so I see everything.

Is there anything that can be found in the latest logs?
thanks

The logs are clearly and explicitly stating that the machine is hosed, so you should therefore just give it to Masterchief of eightforums.com.

lol

Just kidding of course.

With 95+% probability, you have a memory issue. It's either a bios misconfiguration or faulty RAM.

Can you do me a huge favor? Take a screen of CPU-Z's SPD tab.

Then, take another screenshot of the Memory tab for each stick of RAM you have installed.

Attach them to a new post here and we'll see what's up with that.

See if you can update this driver, from ASUS:
