    BSOD Crash


    second time within one day i've got this crash (blue screen) "System_Thread_Exception _Not_Handled (klwfp.sys)" i'm windows 8.1 pro user sorry if this thread has been made again...here are the infos from SF diagnostic Attachment 34216 hope i didnt missed some step...thx in advance for help :/ also every single driver is with lastest versions



    also i dont know if this image will help Screenshot by Lightshot this error hardware happened both times....also i after i boot from blue screen kaspersky pop up notification for adware (the same both times) which i deleted second time today

    The obvious cause is your Kaspersky product, make sure that you're using the latest build, i.e version 2014 14.0.0.4651 (d). KAV/KIS 2014 without patch B are incompatible with Windows 8.1 nor are any of the older 2013 builds.

    this is the lastest version for kaspersky pure 3.0 -> Screenshot by Lightshot and the one i'm using right now....does that mean i must change product? also it has been 1 week now since i upgrade to windows 8.1 pro and i didnt had any problems until today

    No Pure 3.0 is fine but one of its driver is causing the crash, it could be due to conflicts or malware activity.

    Boot in safe mode with networking and run a scan of Malwarebytes. It should pick up that 'adware' that you mentioned above. If that doesn't fix try reinstalling Kaspersky Pure.

    Adware seems to be removed...now i will have to update on thread if it will be any more crashes or?

    Post an updated .rar if you encounter more BSODs.
