So I have a new Windows 8.1 build and its been having quite a few problems. On start ups if I don't go into bios before loading into windows I get a blue screen. I also get lots of crashes, usually when playing games. If you need me to upload any other files let me know.
Thanks in advance,
Edward.
(I posted this same thing on windowsforums.com and no one has replied yet so I figured I would post here too.l)
In the zip folder I have cpuz info, ramnom info and W7F diagnostic tool reports.

Hi

The issue you are experiencing seems to be caused by the combination of more than one reasons.

Please follow the below steps.

1. Reset system BIOS.

We need to make sure the system is running on default values. To do that, clear the CMOS and then load optimal default values.

How To Clear CMOS (Reset BIOS)

2. Uninstall MotioninJoy.

At least one crash dump blames this poorly coded third party driver which is a well known BSOD causer.

Code:
BugCheck D1, {fffff800031c8638, 2, 8, fffff800031c8638}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for MijXfilt.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for MijXfilt.sys
Probably caused by :[COLOR=#ff0000][B] MijXfilt.sys ( [/B][/COLOR]MijXfilt+1b638 )

You need to completely get rid of this driver from the system.

3.Clean install AMD video driver.

Code:
BugCheck A0000001, {5, 0, 0, 0}

Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+277ce )

First uninstall the current driver properly from the system following instructions from How-To Uninstall AMD Catalyst Drivers From A Windows Based System

Then download this particular version http://www2.ati.com/drivers/13-12_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe

While installing, choose Custom and deselect everything except the AMD display driver. (Deselect "Catalyst Control" Center etc).

4. Uninstall all MSI Bundled softwares.

The following softwares should be complletely uninstalled from the system.

MSI Afterburner

MSI Super charger

MSI Intel Extreme Tuning Utility

MSI Super Charger

You should also uninstall KMSPico from the system which is used to activate pirated copies of Windows and office. We won't provide any support for illegal softwares.
