    BSOD 0x000000D1 NTOSKRNL.EXE

    Hello -

I've got a fairly new Velocity Micro desktop running Windows 7 64 bit that's throwing bugcheck D1's and locking up to the point that it hoses my Netgear router and I have to force-power cycle the PC. I've tried updating BIOS and drivers but they continue to occur. I'm at my wits end and not sure how to proceed. I'm attaching the SF debug file to this post and would greatly appreciate any feedback / suggestions as to how to proceed.

    Thanks.

    Bill

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Sorry for the delay in responding. There just aren't that many people who do BSOD analysis, so at times we get a bit overwhelmed!

This appears to be a Windows 7 system. As such, you should seek assistance at Windows 7 Help Forums
I provide a courtesy analysis here, but I haven't done Win7 BSOD's in a long time - so I encourage you to see assistance at Seven Forums.

Most of the memory dumps blame NEOFLTR_700_17289.SYS - a Juniper Networks driver (and you have Juniper drivers that date from 2009)
Please remove (uninstall) the Juniper networks software and test to see if that stops the BSOD's
If it does (and you wish to reinstall it anyway), please be sure to get the latest, Win7 compatible version for your system.
If it doesn't fix it, I'd next suspect a conflict between the Juniper software and your Norton.

Also, please uninstall the Western Digital software from your system. It's driver is known to cause BSOD's on some systems.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
