Hello All

I have been plauged with the dreaded blue screen of death for the past while now and I am running out of ideas. It happens randomly and without warning, even when I'm not actively using my PC.

The error that appears on the screen is something like "NTFS_File_System" but thats all that it gives me.

I have already replaced two harddrives, my motherboard and my video card ever since my install of Windows 8.1 64bit.

My old hard drive was deemed defective the store I bought it from, as I still had an In store product replacement warranty on it. I thought Hey, Awesome, It was only the hard drive.. but it still continues on...

I am stuck, I don't know what to do next... Attached is my SF_Diagnotic_Tool zipped file... I call upon the Internets and those who keep it running to help me please...

I appreciate any and all help. Thank you.

Irken

So I finally got around to running memtest86 4.0 overnight because I read somewhere that it should run to at least pass 7, and I always seemed to stop it early I guess..., and I woke up to this... I'm guessing bad ram? lol. although wondering, since its working on the Ram in slot 1 on the screen, would that compare to slot 1 on my motherboard... makes sense right?View attachment 33457

Sorry for the delay in responding. There just aren't that many people who do BSOD analysis, so at times we get a bit overwhelmed!

The red stuff usually means bad RAM - although it can also mean a bad slot.
To figure out which stick/slot it is requires switching the sticks around to see what results you get.
There's more info on how to do this starting at Step 7 in this link: Memory Diagnostics
