Cannot find cause of BSOD, ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+5a440 )

Hello, I've been getting BSODs more frequently now and finally found the probable cause: ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+5a440.) I couldn't find what exactly that cause was so I tried to re install drivers on my laptop that were not up-to-date but that made no difference. Could someone help me find what driver I need to update or re install? I'll post as much of my laptop information as I can here.

Sorry for the delay in responding. There just aren't that many people who do BSOD analysis, so at times we get a bit overwhelmed!

The reports are incomplete. Please run the report generator again and let it run for at least 15 minutes (or until the app itslef says that it's done). Then zip it up and upload it with your next post.

These are difficult errors to diagnose - as they can easily be either hardware or software/drivers).
Please start by running these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

Also, ensure that you have ALL available Windows Updates.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Thanks for the reply usasma. I followed the BSOD posting instructions and updated my OP with a new attachment. I have all available Windows updates besides from Windows 8.1, if you count that, but I don't plan on updating to that anytime soon. I have Driver Verifier on already as suggested by a BSOD analyst on another forum, but have not had another BSOD occur yet. I'll run these tests, update these old drivers and reply back if another BSOD occurs.

The WER section of MSINFO32 shows many BSOD's - both of the STOP 0x7a variety and a number that blame NTFS.sys (the driver for the file system on the hard drive). This makes the hard drive a prime suspect and it should be tested with this free diagnostic procedure: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure

So I had a BSOD while Driver Verifier was on but the mini-dump was not any different from previous BSODs. However, that was using Driver Verifier settings recommended by another analyst. I've changed the Driver Verifier settings now and updated the Asus Charger and ATKACPI driver and hotkey-related utilities drivers, but could not find anything like the ATK WMIACPI Utility driver. I'm going to get some blank CDs to run the Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure and I'll report back if there are any other problems.
