Hello niw, and welcome to Eight Forums.

Please read the instructions here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, and post back with the needed information if able. One of our BSOD experts should be by afterwards to further help. :)

Only 4 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 160 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Only 933 mB of RAM free - this can cause problems on your system. Upgrade your RAM if possible. While waiting to upgrade, stop any unnecessary startup items from loading and only run 1 program at a time.

Although there is nothing definite here, I have seen this type of bugcheck being related to Zone Alarm in the past. To test this, temporarily uninstall Zone Alarm (and make sure the you have turned on the Windows Firewall). If using the antivirus that comes with some Zone Alarm packages - be aware that you should only use 1 anti-virus and 1 firewall at a time.

I looks like you also have McAfee installed. Please remove everything (anti-virus and firewall) and TEMPORARILY use Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall. When the system is stabilized, please install only 1 anti-virus and 1 firewall (this includes internet security/security center apps which have both).

AOL drivers date from 2005 (wanatw64.sys) - way before Win8 was released.
I would suggest uninstalling it - but if you must have it, then uninstall it and install the latest, Win8 compatible version from the AOL download site.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Look at the systeminfo.txt report - that's where the free RAM is listed.
The screen shot that you posted shows the total RAM that you have. It doesn't list what's free and what's being used.

As for the other drivers - uninstall the Asus AI Charger and leave the others be. We'll see if that solves the BSOD's. If not, there's other things that we can do.
