Hi

Please follow the below steps and let us know the result in next reply.

1. Update system BIOS.

Please reset system BIOS and load default values before updating BIOS. This is to make sure CPU and RAM are working on default frequency and voltage settings.

How To Clear CMOS (Reset BIOS)

Version F7 BIOS --> http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/BIOS/mb_bios_ga-z87x-ud4h_f7.exe

2. Update drivers to "Windows 8.1" specific versions.

Here is the direct download links to the "Win 8.1" drivers. Please uninstall currently installed versions before updating to them.

Chipset : http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_chipset_intel_8series.exe

Intel Management Engine : http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_intel_me_8series.exe

Marvell SATA : http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_marvell_sata_controller_8series.exe

Intel LAN : http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_lan_intel_8series.exe

Realtek Audio : http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_audio_realtek_8series.exe

If the blue screens continues, please upload the new crash dumps along with a "Speccy" snapshot.
