Hi everyone, first of all I want to thank you because in the past this forums helped me a lot
Now Im here having issues from all kind, flavoured with every single driver on my system, I dont know if you can see my system specs (completed all of them when account was created)

Phenom II 955
ASUS M4A79T Deluxe
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
2*Samsung Spinpoint F3 500 GB
ASUS ATI Radeon HD 7970
XFX Core Edition 850W
Crucial Ballistix Elite 1600 2*4GB
Mice and kb ps2

Drivers installed since fresh format
ATI Catalyst 13.9
Realtek 8.20 LAN

And programs
Firefox
Mumble
Samsung Magician (Maximum Realiability profile)
Spotify
Steam
Origin
A couple of games (Dota 2, Alan Wake, Battlefield 3)

Im running driver verifier (according to the guide) ATM and receiving BSOD with rt630x64.sys (which led me to update LAN driver), memory management, irql less or not equal, tried to write on onlyread memory, etc etc
I dunno how and where can find a newer AHCI driver, the one who comes with 8.1 seems to be from 2006

Despite reports on BSOD I tested with memtest86+ for 16 (uninterrumpted) hours and nothing, Im not OCing (sacrilege, but impossible on this situation) and honestly with all of this the only thing I want to do is run "clean" and smooth.

BSOD minidumps and SF Diagnostic attached.

Hoping someone can help me! :dinesh:

Hi

Please follow the below steps.

1. If you are running "Verifier" , please disable it.

2. Update "Chipset" driver.

AtiPcie.sys Tue May 5 20:30:22 2009 (4A005486)
ATI PCIE Driver for ATI PCIE chipset or ATI PCI Express (3GIO) Filter

Update it from AMD Chipset Drivers

If the issue continues, please post a "Speccy" snapshot of your system along with the new crash dumps.

Installed Ubuntu to see if is some hard malfunctioning and nothing happened, in a few hours Im going to reinstall windows 8 on a smaller partition and try that chipset driver with graphics CCC 13.9 and see if can run a while without issues.
It is a shame that I was unable to find these drivers on the manufacturer's page
Thank you! :D

Fresh install, attached new SF Diagnostic tool .zip with chipset drivers updated (I think so)
Let's see how performs.

Hi

Let us hope the system will work fine. Make sure not to install any additional hardware or software until the issue is resolved.Keep us updated :).

Nope. The System Crash every single time Im playing Dota. Other times is random BSOD.

I believed this was LAN adapter malfunctioning but installed a PCI Ethernet and still happens...

Hi

There is no driver issues can be found in the recent crash dumps. I suspect a low level hardware / Compatibility issue in your case.

Please post a "Speccy" snapshot of your system with next reply.

Don't post the output of "Speccy" , what i need is the web link it displays.

Which version of "Memtest86+" you used to test the RAM ?.

Hi

Yes, that is what i wanted. Please try the below steps.

1. Update Samasung SSD firmware (if already done, ignore this).

How to Upgrade Samsung SSD Firmware | StorageReview.com - Storage Reviews

Samsung Magician software : http://www.samsung.com/global/business/semiconductor/samsungssd/downloads/Samsung_Magician_v421.zip

2. Reset system BIOS.

How To Clear CMOS (Reset BIOS)

This is necessary to make sure system is working on setup default values.

3. Adjust the RAM timing values manually.

8-8-8-24 is what is recommended by Crucial official specs but you should check the timings printed on top of the RAM or it's manual before changing.

BLE4G3D1608DE1TX0 - 4GB, Ballistix 240-pin DIMM , DDR3 PC3-12800 from Crucial.com

Report whether it makes any difference.

I updated firmware when received it!
Restored to factory defaults then I changed AHCI mode, Timings, speed (1600mhz) and 1.5v

I found it very strange that appeared the correct timing before and now which had. It's possible to damage the information in memory? (8-8-8-24 last time I see and now 9-9-9) :sarc:

Hi

Even though "Memtest86+" didn't cached any errors, there is a chance for one pf the module to be faulty. Please perform a memory isolation test. That is simply unplug one of the module and let the system to run with only one module plugged. Observe how the system works and repeat the test with other module. If one of the module is faulty, you will only get BSOD when that one is plugged.

Yes, when unplug the module on slot 2 BSOD continued, so I tried moving the other stick from slot 1 to slot 2 and tested with Prime95, HCI memtest (1200%) and a couple of games with heavy RAM load and still working without problems, so it's a faulty slot or a dual channel issue.
But the modules are ok. I'm going to try on the other slots (black ones) to see how works and came return with reports!
