The Computer Hangs on Boot .....and stays that way

Had to disable DriverFrameworks...... .. now it boots but if I fiddle with the mouse before the start screen comes up it locks up again. I don't think it a driver issue must be a bug with the kernel ....

frameworks was set to auto disable is better. any help would be nice thx
