I am having this problem since the last 2 days.

Your PC RAN into a problem:

c:\windows\minidump\011913-11046-01.dmp

c:\user\darwin\appdata\local\temp\wer-19531-0.sysdata.xml

c:\windows\memory.dmp

Windows restarts every 5 minutes or so.

Hi

Crash dumps indicates your Linksys wireless adapter driver as the reason behind the crashes.

Code:
8d598464 95d74aaeUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\WMP54Gv41x86.sys, Win32

error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for WMP54Gv41x86.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for [COLOR=#ff0000][B]WMP54Gv41x86.sys[/B][/COLOR]
 WMP54Gv41x86+0xbaae

Driver Reference Table

The driver seems to be an old version which is clearly not designed for "Windows 8".

Code:
Loaded symbol image file: WMP54Gv41x86.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\WMP54Gv41x86.sys
    Image name: WMP54Gv41x86.sys
    Timestamp: [COLOR=#ff0000][B]Wed Apr 07 17:37:15 2010[/B][/COLOR] (4BBC7573)

Please uninstall the current driver completely from "Control Panel --> Programs and features". Also delete it from "Device manager" like in the below example.

After removing the driver, physically disconnect the device from the system. If the blue screens stopped, first contact "Lynksys" support and request for a native "Windows 8" compatible driver (don't use Win Vista or 7 driver). If there is no native driver available, you should buy another wireless adapter which is fully compatible to the OS.

Hi Anshad, many thanks for the reply.

I have followed the instructions as mentioned. As there were no drivers for windows 8, I had to replace the wireless adapter. There are no more MSOD, again thanks alot.

Return of the BSOD

BSOD screen has now returned twice today ... I have attached the log file again.

The network card mentioned in my first post has been disabled and not in use however since its a PCI network card, I haven't physically removed it. Not sure if it's still the cause. Attached is the log file.

Hi

Are you experiencing the crashes only when torrent clients are downloading ?.

Please uninstall "Networx" completely from the system. There is a known issue exists between it and torrent clients. If the blue screens continues after removing network, please upload the full "SF_Diagnostic tool" report which includes crash dumps and system information report.
