Sorry for the delay in responding. There just aren't that many people who do BSOD analysis, so at times we get a bit overwhelmed!

Your BIOS dates from 2009. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

This may mean that your system isn't compatible with Windows 8.1 - and that you may need to revert back to the original operating system in order to achieve stability.

Only 17 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 26 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

I: drive has less than 2% free space. Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

SSD's were temperamental when they first came out, but their reliability has improved greatly over the last year or two. There are 2 things that MUST be checked on systems with BSOD's and SSD's:
1) That the SSD firmware is the latest available for the SSD. I usually can't see this info in the reports, so I rely on you to check it.
2) That the storage controller drivers on the motherboard are the most recent. They must date from late 2012 or later. This is ALL controllers, not just the one that the SSD is attached to. If involved these should be visible in the memory dump - but it doesn't hurt to check manually.
I see that you've updated the SSD firmware, so we'll check the dump files for the storage controller drivers. You have the Intel Matrix Storage Manager installed - that's an older version. The newer version is known as the Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST).

Try this version of the Intel RST first: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23198&lang=eng
If it doesn't install, then try this version: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23201&lang=eng
If neither of those install, this may be an indication that your system isn't compatible with Win8.1

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Windows 8.1 (26 Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Windows 8.1 (at the manufacturer's website). If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Windows 8.1 compatible update on the web.

I'm not 100% certain, but the RST log errors seem to say that it's not compatible with your hardware.
This may not mean that your system is incompatible - just that the versions that you tried are incompatible.
Still, this is another sign that the system may not be compatible w/Win8.1

FWIW - Vista was v6.0 of the OS kernel, Win7 was v6.1, Win8 was v6.2, while Win8.1 is v6.3
What this means is that Win8.1 is not just an add-on/service pack to Win8 - but rather it's an entirely different version of the OS
As such - compatibility problems are fairly common (but the efforts at ensuring backwards compatibility removed many of the problems before the OS was released).

Please note that there are only 8 3rd party drivers listed in the info I posted about the memory dump. In most cases this is a sign of a low-level problem (such as hardware or compatibility problems - less likely, but still possible are Windows issues). Again, another clue as to whether the system is compatible or not.

We will keep evaluating the system for as long as you like - but it's up to you to decide if this is worth the hassle or not. If not, then your recourse is to revert to Win8 (or even Win7)
If you want to continue with the evaluations, please zip up the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump folder after each BSOD and upload it with your following posts.
Good luck!

I am not very good with sound problems, but let's check this report before I send you to another of our forums for sound help
FYI - the Sound & Audio forum is located here: Sound & Audio - Windows 8 Forums

Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog))
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).
