Hi.
I get a BSOD I think only when I am playing Final fantasy 14. It says "igdkmd64 .sys Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_Equal"
I also get a pop up message sometimes that warns of low memory or high disk usage ( This happens when playing other games sometimes too) I am not sure why. This computer SHOULD be able to run them fine and I have only had it for a few months (this problem has been going on for a while, I just read some posts about waiting for updates to help the problem but I'm guessing that's not it.)
Anyway If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. I have attached my SF_Diagnostics_tool results. If you need anything else let me know. Thanks.

Hi

As you said, crash dumps blame "Intel HD graphics driver" as the reason behind the crashes.

Code:
BugCheck D1, {28, 2, 0, fffff80002d1b287}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for igdkmd64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for igdkmd64.sys
Probably caused by : igdkmd64.sys ( igdkmd64+63287 )

This issue is very common with laptops which uses hybrid graphics. Some games may try to use "Intel VGA" instead of the dedicated "Nvidia GPU" and hence lead to the BSOD. To resolve the issue, you should set the "Nvidia GPU" as the preferred preferred graphic processor for all games.

Please read instructions from the below link and do steps 1 to 8 exactly as described.

Changing graphics card settings to use your dedicated GPU on a Windows computer. | Serato Video Support | Serato.com

On steps 7 ,add all your game executable and set "High Performance Nvidia Processor" as the preferred graphic processor for all of them.
