Bugcheck BSODs After Update and Patch
Hello All,
**Trying different things, but nothing fixes it, yet. Disabled bluetooth to eliminate one type of error, but the Bugcheck 0x00000109 and event ID 41 Kernel-power, and event ID 7000 Service Control Manager problems persist. your help would be appreciated. Latest SF Diagnostics attached. Thanks**
I've been trying all the preliminary troubleshooting suggestions, but really need some help. I was happy with 8.1 - no BSOD or real technical problems... Until I installed the Tuesday patches. I have had multiple multiple BSODs after Bugcheck 0x00000109 and event ID 41 Kernel-power, and event ID 7000 Service Control Manager (and others) errors. I've checked all drivers, have run driver verifier, did sfc /scannow, uninstalled daemontools, uninstalled AVG, unstalled Comodo firewall (though all three have been loaded and working fine for months). If not the Patch, I did install Microsoft Project which required creating an ISO disk and installing Active@iso burner, which I have also uninstalled. The restore point ran, but didn't help. So, attached is my SF file. If anyone can take a look and offer suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, David
