Okay so I haven't gotten a proper BSOD since the computer doesn't actually power down, the screen just goes black and the speakers play a buzzing sound. It doesn't happen too often and if it does it usually seems to be within a few hours of turning the computer on (I leave it running unless I go away for a day or so). Seems to me the problem could be just about anything from the PSU to the GPU to the software, so I'd be very grateful if someone could take a look at my logs and see if you can find what's causing the problem.

I've been trying to google the issue for weeks now without finding a replica/solution to the problem I'm experiencing, please help.

Search your hard drive for *.dmp (often video related memory dumps will be located elsewhere on the drive - typically these are STOP 0x117 errors). If found, zip them up and upload them with your next post.

Only 11 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 14 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

SSD's were temperamental when they first came out, but their reliability has improved greatly over the last year or two. There are 2 things that MUST be checked on systems with BSOD's and SSD's:
1) That the SSD firmware is the latest available for the SSD. I usually can't see this info in the reports, so I rely on you to check it.
2) That the storage controller drivers on the motherboard are the most recent. They must date from late 2012 or later. This is ALL controllers, not just the one that the SSD is attached to. If involved these should be visible in the memory dump - but it doesn't hurt to check manually.

The following devices have problems in Device Manager:
Microsoft PS/2 Mouse ACPI\PNP0F03\4&FA2F13B&0 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

Standard PS/2 Keyboard ACPI\PNP0303\4&FA2F13B&0 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

High Definition Audio Device HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_8086&DEV_2806&SUBSYS_80860101&REV_1000\4&36B8CB0&0&0301 This device cannot start.
If using a USB keyboard and mouse - the first 2 errors are probably safe to ignore.
Install the latest Intel(R) Display Audio drivers for your system in order to fix the last error.

Please do the following (I'm looking for errors in Event Viewer):
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog))
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

Start on these steps (presuming that it's a STOP 0x117 type error): Video TDR Timeout - 0x116 + 0x117 - Sysnative Forums

5. Installed the HD audio driver from Gigabyte, the problem in device manager should be fixed.

I'll wait and see if this fixes the problem. I'll return with fresh logs and the event viewer files if and when another crash occurs. Thank you for the help so far!
