My computer has been BSOD on me for quite a while, I've run all kinds of programs to identify (memtest, prime, furmark, atto) the culprit and have changed quite a lot of stuff (mobo, gpu, psu) trying to pin down the culprit and still have not solved the issue. Recently after some BSOD in a row my win 8.1 installation has gone corrupt and I had to reinstall win8, after reinstalling drivers the BSOD still haunt me.

I don't know what to do anymore, anyone can help me?

The BSOD was caused by atikmdag.sys. Please update the Video driver.

My drivers are updated, also the drivers error vary each time, so I don't think it's that meaningful. The only thing that stays the same is the "kernel-power".

A thing of note is that I cannot reproduce the BSODs with synthetic burn-in/stress tests only when gaming even with old and low requirement games.
