    BSOD troubles

I keep getting this, even after I do the "clean" boot (with no services or startup items via msconfig). It usually takes a few minutes of computerizing for it to happen. See attached dump, please.

One of the dmp file indicated pokki.exe was the cause. After log in, open the task manager to check if there's a process called pokki.exe is running, if so then right click and kill it.

If the problem is curred, please uninstall it.

    Hi

Let us start with diagnosing the system RAM first. We can use the free tool "Memtest86+" to stess test the modules. Please read instructions from the below link for detailed steps.

RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Help Forums

Make sure to run the test for at least 7-10 passes for an accurate result.

Report whether the test detects any errors.

Thank you, folks. I did a couple of passes with Memtest a few days ago, no problems. I just removed Pokki, hopefully that will fix things. Will confirm shortly.
