    BSOD attempted_execute_of_noexecute_memory cl.dll

I have been getting the BSOD for awhile now. It started with windows 7 and followed to windows 8. In the past it seems to come and go with a Windows update. If I let my pc sit idle it will get a BSOD. I can use it all day. It's only when it sits. The length of time seems to very. I have look up various support sites trying to figure something out but haven't had much luck. I attached the 2 latest dump files. I tried using the SF tool but wasn't working right and I didn't know which files were need from that.

    I appreciate any help.
    Thank you

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

Your BIOS dates from 2009. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

If there are no more recent BIOS updates, I'd have to wonder if this system has compatibility issues with Win8.1

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Thank you for the info. I will go through and update what I can. Something that I have noticed is when Apple Software Update pops up and wants to update itunes it will not shut down. Don't know if that means anything or not.

I could not update the drivers so I removed the SATA card that I thought they went with. Once I removed it the BSOD stopped. Thank you for your help.
