Usual causes : Overclocking , Overheating , Voltage tweaks, incompatible memory modules etc.

Please try the below steps.

1. Enter BIOS setup and load default values. This will make sure CPU and RAM is running on default voltage and frequency settings.

2. Make sure the system is not overheating.

3. Update system BIOS.

Update BIOS to the version 1504 which can be obtained from the below link.

4. Check the Qulified Vendor List of RAM modules.

Memory modules which are not listed on the list may also work but we may need to manually adjust voltage, frequency and timing values.

Please revert the frequency and voltage changes to it's normal values unless you wanted an unstable system. Also please note that, overclocking a CPU doesn't give you any performance improvement in gaming. OC will benefit in certain situation like video rendering, CAD works etc as these programs works better at higher clock speeds. In case of gaming, a basic quad core CPU at it's stock clock speed is more than enough.
