Since Upgrading to Windows 8.1 There are random BSOD's

    Hello guys,
I thought I would ask here about my issues regarding BSOD's. I was running Windows 8 with no issues at all, however, after upgrading to Windows 8.1 i have had many issues. The first BSOD's I had which where related to virtual box was the "CRITICAL_STRUCTOR_CORRUPTION" which have been resolved.

However I keep getting this seemingly random BSOD code "0x000000d1" with and extension of: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

I have tested my RAM because as far as I know the 1 at the end is something related to memory. I have used Memtest over 4+ times and everything has came out all clear each time, without any errors. This crashing is really annoying and hindering me with my work and anything I do. I have posted the dump from the SF Diagnostic Tool below, and I hope you guys can shed some light on his, because I'm complete lost here.

Thanks for any help in advance

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

You will find that most BSOD's have a memory component to them. Be it RAM, CPU cache, video memory, virtual memory, pagefile, hibernation file, etc

D: drive only has less than 3% free space. Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

No drivers installed for the Android Phone. Remove it from the system while we're troubleshooting (and uninstall any software for it). Feel free to install Win8.1 compatible drivers once the system has been stabilized.

Please uninstall XFast LAN and XFast USB - they are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems

The lone memory dump blames your Intel graphics driver. Please:
    - download a fresh copy of the latest, Win8.1 compatible graphics driver from the PC Manufacturer or the Intel Download Center ( http://downloadcenter.intel.com )
    - uninstall the current graphics drivers
    - install the freshly downloaded drivers
    - monitor for further BSOD's

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
