    BOSD Driver_power_state_failure (ntkrnlmp.exe)

    Hi Everyone,

i have a acer aspire V3 -471G with windows 8 preinstalled experiencing Driver_power_state_failure BOSD which is caused by ntkrnlmp.exe , got the results from SF Diagnostic Tool below in a rar and all my drivers are up to date .

like to know how to detect which drivers are causing my laptop to crash and how to fix it

    any help is really appreciated

Bluetooth is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
Please enable the Bluetooth and update it's software/drivers. Feel free to disable it after this is done.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [S] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/S] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
    Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help
HotSpot Shield is known to cause BSOD's in Windows systems. Please uninstall it immediately.
Should the BSOD's continue, we may have to manually remove it's drivers (DO NOT do this without the "safe" instructions - the system may not boot!). I'll provide the "safe" instructions if needed.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

The .tmp drivers are a bit confusing, so let's just see if they reappear in any further BSOD's.
