PLEASE HELP ME Lenova y580

So reccently i have tried to restore my lenova y580 to its factory settings because of all the junk and stuff i have put into it. The thing is when i tried it came up with this message.
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
then a bunch of useless things came up because i cant even start up my laptop.
Status: 0xc0000185
Info: A required device isnt connect or cant be accesed.
Now every time i tried to start it up normaly a new thing came up saying:
A required device isnt connect or cant be accesesed
Error code: 0xc0000185
Please someone help me

How did you try to do the restoral? Did you attempt it via the One-Key Recovery button or did you use the factory restore discs that you created when you received the initial notification during setup?

I tried using the one-key recovery and came up with the same message. I also checked the box and it did not come with a cd. Same with windows 8, it was built into the laptop.
