Frequent Crashes?

I'm having random crashes, for a while often when I played boderlands 2, though this seems to have stopped. The frequency varies greatly, from over a dozen times in a day to a week of quiet activity. I've taken a look and some of it seems to stem from hard drive issues, but I'm not sure about the rest of it.

Hello, Exon. I'm not a BSOD or crash analyst, but would like to welcome you to Windows EightForums.

There are members that specialize in this. I'm sure one will be along shortly.

In the meantime, have you run any disc analysis programs?

Yes, and, sadly, there are corrupted sectors. However, if possible, I'd like to minimize the impact of this and lengthen my computer's lifespan.

A Lenovo with a Intel Core i7 3630QM can't be that old, correct? How old is the drive in it?
