First of all sorry for not using the BSOD Posting Instructions -__-;
I couldn't even get to my desktop to do so...
Here is the full information of my Blue Screen, any thoughts/help appreciated.

Recovery
Your PC needs to be Repaired
The operating System couldnt be loaded because of a critical system driver is missing or contains errors.
File: \Windows\System32\Drivers\SmartDefragDriver.sys
Error Code: 0xc0000185
You'll need to use the recovery tools on your installations media, if youdon't have any installation media (like a disc or usb device), contact your system administrator or PC Manufacturer.
Press Enter to try again
Press F8 for start up setting
Press Esc for UEFI Firmware settings

Now I've tried all the safe modes and options in the Start Up Menu, same results.
I'm able to access the UEFI, but not sure how that is of any use... ; __;
At this point I was willing to follow some tutorials and guides I found about DVD booting.
But my main problem is I don't have my Windows 8 disc, it came pre-installed with the laptop.
And I should know better, but never got around to backing up the Laptop either... (c ; __p Fail on my part.
Now as for Data, if it's lost I'll live, it's fairly a new laptop a few months old.
My current last resort is to find a way to copy a Win.ISO off the this laptop
burn it to a disk, and try to do a recovery in that way... <-- Bad Idea?
- The previous owner who I am in contact with has no disc either, or warrenty of any sort.
Extra Info:
OS: Windows 8 64x
Laptop: Dell Inspiron 3520
service tag: 2J15DV1
express code: 5504352877
SmartDefrag is an IObit program that well obviously defrags the hard drive ;
Its meant to do it even better then the default Defrag process that comes with Ultimate Advance System Care 6
Ive used it before with out a problem, what went wrong I couldn't tell you if I tried.
- Last time it was functional?
I had put the laptop down, I was just watching Family guy in Media Player while some files were downloading.
I picked it up, a black screen occured, I assumed I hit the power button accidentally entering sleep mode.
After pressing the power button again with no results, I held it down forcing a shut down.
upon powering up, I saw a black screen with the Dell Logo (this is normal) but then I recieved the Blue Screen.
My guess I was at full HDD capacity and whatever I downloaded pushed the hard drive over.. >.>;
Or something else, because for a week or so the laptop has frozen up randomly, I just run ASC6 error repairs.
Then it's back to normal and I go on with my business, but with in a day the errors accumilate again ;
I've done Mal-byte scans, and found no virus or mal ware... I don't know whats going on.
