Hi!
i have a clean install of windows 8 x64 and i see BSODs every 1 or 2 or 3 days.
even one time before installing win 8, when i inserted DVD of windows to install it, a BSOD accured!
windows is totally updated and hard disk is free of errors (based on windows error checking tool report).
I tested some solutions on web (related to error names) but every time i see new errors :|
Help please :)

Your BIOS dates from 2010. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

If the BIOS doesn't have any updates, I'd have to wonder if this system is fully compatible with Win8.

This looks like a low-level problem, but we don't have enough BSOD's to state that for certain. Here's my canned speech about this:
The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

You can get a head start on the hardware diagnostics if you'd like - they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Bios has an update. but after a day BSOD occured again. so i went for updating other drivers.

today ATI HD Audio device disabled and Atheros device is now updated (by update button in device manager in windows 8).
Atheros driver date updated to 6/3/2011. but L1E62x64.sys file is the same file with same modification time.

I'm waiting if BSOD happens again. Thanks :)

It's OK to use the update button in Device Manager if you're not having problems.
But if you are having problems it's better to go straight to the device manufacturer's page.

FYI - the drivers updated by clicking the button in Device Manager are:
- older than most
- only come from Windows/Microsoft Update - so not many are available

This tells me that:
1) The driver was really old
2) The manufacturer felt a need to put a new one on Windows/Microsoft Update

Uninstall old UltraIso. Replace with PowerISO.

Just a side note - UltraIso was added after Usasma helped you, previously.

UltraISO uninstalled had not effect. again new bsods.
i found that when i select some files to download in AirDroid bsod happens. so it must be related to my atheros network card.
this page: ATHEROS Network drivers for Windows says that my network card isn't supported in win8 x64
seems using win7 x64 solves the problem
