 Sorry, but I'm a newbie at this....I have been having random shut downs on my new all in one (Gateway) and don't know if you would call that a BSOD?
When I come back to my pc I have to start over (start up button on side) and I get a small blue window that encourages me to send details to Microsoft....these files will be sent:
C:\windows\minidump\092313-20421.dmp
C:\users\tim\appdata\local\temp\WER-46781.0.sysdata.xml
C:\indows\memory.dmp
Should I follow the BSOD posting instructions, or is this an issue for a different area?
Thanks for your assistance.
