BSOD related to nvlddmkm.sys and dxgkrnl.sys. Help

Hello i have been getting BSODs while playing games such as Diablo 3 and league of legends. My computer was working fine before and this only happens when playing games. I have already tried uninstalling my display adapter drivers and reinstalling updated versions. I have also run chkdsk /r which did not help. This issue has been going on for a week now and i have decided to ask for help since i was unable to fix it on my own. If anyone could help me check out what is wrong that would be great.

I am on an MSI GT70 notebook with:
    CPU: i7-3630QM
    VGA: Nvidia GeForce GTX 675M / 2GB GDDR5
    RAM: DDR3 12GB

I will provide my Dump files and anymore information that is needed. Thank you in advance.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

The Qualcomm Atheros Killer Service/KillerNetManager is known to cause BSOD's. Please follow the workaround instructions here:
First, open the Run dialog (Win + R keys) and type in "services.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Scroll down and locate the "Qualcomm Atheros Killer Service" and right click on it. Select "Stop"
Right click on it again and this time select "Properties"
In the dropdown box for "Startup type", select "Disabled", then click on the "OK" button at the bottom of the window

Next, open Task Manager (right click on TaskBar and select "Task Manager")
Click on the "More details" dropdown (if present)
    Click on the "Startup" tab
Scroll down and locate the "KillerNetManager" entry, right click on it and select "Disable"

Finally, restart the system in order for the changes to take affect.
At times the Killer Network Manager will continue to load. If so, it's usually listed in the MSINFO32...Software Environment...Startup Programs section. If it is, please try this:
    Please do this:
It may be that the instructions aren't stopping everything.
In your case, there's a program running out of the Program Files/Program Files (x86) directory.
    "c:\program files\qualcomm atheros\killer network manager\killer~1.exe" (NOTE: killer~1.exe is most likely killernetmanager.exe)

    Here's some things to try
    1) Please see if there are any entries in the Startup tab of Task Manager that are related to Qualcomm/Atheros/Killer Network Manager (and NOT the card itself) and disable them (please let us know what you find) Be careful as the wrong selection can disable the network card.
    2) Check in "msconfig" for any entries that aren't in the Startup tab of Task Manager. Let us know if you find any Qualcomm/Atheros/Killer entries there (we'll disable them differently if they are there).
    3) Locate the "c:\program files\qualcomm atheros\killer network manager\killer~1.exe" and rename the .exe to .BAD (the killer~1 is actually a filename that starts with killer and ends with .exe) There will be an error in event viewer, but it'll stop the bugger from loading.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

    Still having issues

Hi and thank you for your response. I have disabled KillerNetManager as instructed and i have also updated my my graphics driver for my GTX 675M. After around 30 minutes of gaming i ran into another BSOD a video tdr failure directing me back to nvlddmkm.sys. I want to believe this is a problem with my graphics driver but i have already clean reinstalled it several times now. Im starting to think it might be a hardware issue which would be terrible . I am also considering a reinstall of windows but i would want to save that for last. Id there anything i can do to check for hardware issues? would a reinstall of windows even help? I am still up for checking faulty drivers so thank you again for your time.

Try all these free diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
In particular, be sure to do all the video tests and the memory tests.

FYI - I've found Killer Network Manager hiding in other locations since my last post.
Please redo the data collection thing and I'll have a look at the new BSOD's and the new MSINFO32 report

Dude , i got exactly the same problem with te same GT70 with 675m except i'm on win 7 64 ultimate .
seriously , i've tried every single possibility to fix this ...
tried win 7 and 8 different versions , a bunch of different nvidia drivers , uninstalled the killer network , played with nvidia pannel settings , every windows power settings , even tried with different power supply , and many many MANY more ...
i came to the ultimate conclusion that this is a real hardware failure .
The only way to fix this is to underclock the Vram of the 675m from 750 to 500 mhtz.
i'm so disapointed , this computer was really good , i added 16gb ram and ssd into it , but now , with GC underclocked , this is still a good pc , but ingame , this is not good at all.

if by miracle you manage to get rid of that bsod , tell us.

I had this exact problem on my old system, And after running furmark mine bsod'd as well, ended up being a faulty video card. I would try getting that one replaced and see if that fixes your problem.

Have to make sure that the Killer Network Service is stopped. This is still starting with the system startup:
Qualcomm Atheros Killer Network Manager c:\progra~1\qualco~1\killer~1\killer~1.exe -minimized Public Common Startup
Then make sure that MSI Afterburner and MSI Live Update are uninstalled - then it's gotta be the video card.

Alright guys i got another blue screen after i uninstalled MSI afterburner(ill send the latest files). I'm not sure where MSI live update is but i didn't find it in my programs. Hamachi is gone now. So i either need to find a solution soon or accept the fact that my card broke. Some questions for you guys first though.
1)how do you underclock the VRAM like jim3d did? how does this help?
2)since this is a notebook how hard would it be to get a the card replaced and where would i do that at?
3)would reinstalling windows help at all?
4)i always see nvlddmkm.sys, dxgkrnl.sys, and dxgmms1.sys. what are these?
Sorry again for all the trouble and thanks to those of you who have given valuable info.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Answers (as best as I can):
    1) underclocking reduces the stress on video card. I'd imagine it'd be difficult to do on a laptop - but you'll have to get the details from jim3d
    2) a search of the internet suggests that replacing the card is possible - but it's not likely that you'll be able to upgrade it.
    3) reinstalling Windows probably wouldn't help - but it won't hurt anything if you choose to try it.
    4) nvlddmkm.sys is the nVidia video driver for your video card; dxgkrnl.sys is the Windows DirectX Graphics Kernel Driver; dxgmms1.sys is the Windows DirectX Graphics MMS driver (I was unable to find out what MMS stood for).

The Killer Network Manager is still loading:
Qualcomm Atheros Killer Network Manager c:\progra~1\qualco~1\killer~1\killer~1.exe -minimized Public Common Startup
Please be sure to do this (#3 will stop if for sure):
