BSOD "Kernel Data Inpage Error"

I've been getting a BSOD Kernal Data Inpage Error since July 18th after updating a LAN driver. I've reinstalled the driver but the problem still persists.

The machine is a Samsung Series 5 NP540U3C-A03UB

Only 885 mB of available memory. Please either add more memory, or stop running so many applications at one time. You can use the Startup tab of Task Manager to disable unneeded startup items also.

STOP 0x7A errors can be caused by many things. Please see the "Usual Causes" section here: BSOD Index

Be sure to run the laptop on a hard surface. If possible, also use a laptop cooling pad.

To start with, please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
Then, if the BSOD's persist, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
