Hi there, I have been getting memory dump crashes (bsod and auto restarts) for the past week, this ONLY happen when I am running the game "final fantasy XIV".

I have uploaded my files in a zip as per the FAQ thread.

I look forward to your help!

That's what the dump file indicated. Uninstall/Update Final Fantasy should fix the BSOD.

Thanks for that, I really don't want to stop playing FFXIV, I will post on their technical support forums.

Do you think running the game in compatibility mode would help the issue? Thanks for your answer!

I have no idea about running in compatibility mode since I don't play game with my PC but all your BSOD's caused by Final Fantasy. You might want to check if they have an update that is compatible with Windows 8 and also check if you have an up to date Driver for your Video.

According to Blue Screen Reader, hall.dll and ntoskrnl.exe are at fault.

Temperature wise everything is fine, as is power.

I have run other games non stop and have no issue. FFXIV really is the issue then eh? (their support was awful btw).
