Solved Can someone please help with my BSOD problem

SSD's were temperamental when they first came out, but their reliability has improved greatly over the last year or two. There are 2 things that MUST be checked on systems with BSOD's and SSD's:
1) That the SSD firmware is the latest available for the SSD
2) That the storage controller drivers on the motherboard are the most recent. They must date from late 2012 or later. This is ALL controllers, not just the one that the SSD is attached to.

These devices are disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
Integrated Smart Card Reader USB\VID_17EF&PID_1003\6&39BC106D&0&1 This device is disabled.

TouchChip Fingerprint Coprocessor (WBF advanced mode) USB\VID_147E&PID_2020\6&39BC106D&0&3 This device is disabled.
Please enable these devices and update their drivers. Feel free to disable them again after updating.

All of the memory dumps blame usb80236.sys - a USB networking driver. This is most likely associated with your Sierra Wireless MC8355 - Gobi(TM) 3000 HS-USB Mobile Broadband Device 9013. Less likely, but still possible, is your BlackBerry device.

Please:
- Temporarily remove the BlackBerry Device and uninstall it's drivers
- Then download a fresh set of the latest, Win8 compatible drivers for your Gobi device
- Uninstall the current Gobi device drivers and install the freshly downloaded ones.
- Monitor for further BSOD's

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Update

This problem has been solved: Thanks!!!!

Just an update. This is a Lenovo w530 laptop with a Sierra wireless gobi 3000 msata WWAN card installed.

BSOD was constant during use and more so during video playback.
Lenovo's site did not have a win 8 driver for the gobi so I took it from another Lenovo laptop model. This was causing the problem.

I've since installed Lenovo's win 7 driver for the gobi3000 for the w530 and it has since stabilized.

Thanks for helping me identify this.

I'm glad that you figured it out! Thanks for letting us know.

FYI - using Win7 drivers may work for now, but I'd keep an eye on this device while you own this system. Updates to Win8 can cause issues that the Win7 drivers weren't designed to handle, and the Gobi/Lenovo developers likely won't research and fix problems of this sort.
