Hi,
I hope someone can help me..I am getting the BSOD just from today on my brand new toshiba l850 windows 8. Only been used for 1 week!
Started with bad pool caller, which is now frequent. I have also had memory_management? (could be wrong..was memory something!) and ntfs file system as my BSOD messages.
The main problem is that it has stopped my wireless Internet connection, and I get limited connectivity through the LAN.SO, I cannot download the Sf diagnostic tool.
I have refreshed, and restarted many times. Immediately after restart the computer connects to the wireless signal, but then i quickly get the BSOD and the usual bad pool caller.
It did work initially with no problems, and worked on previous wireless modems.

What can I do?
Thanks in advance.
P.s you will have gathered I am not particularly computer savvy..so go easy.

Please do these 3 things to provide us with info:

1) Zip up and upload the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump directory with your next post

2) MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

3) systeminfo:
Please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "systeminfo.exe >%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the syteminfo.txt file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .txt file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

If unable to upload this stuff, then you may want to exchange the computer for a new one. Most places will allow an exchange within the first week or two.
