Dunno if those are problematic - but the easiest way to tell is to:
- remove the beta video drivers and install the current WHQL certified drivers
- remove the overclock (temporarily) - until the system is stabilized.
2 VMWare Ethernet devices are disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
Please either uninstall VMWare or enable the devices and update thier drivers (you can re-disable them when done).
MSI Afterburner (along with Riva Tuner and EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys). Please un-install it immediately!
If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.
The memory dump (there was only 1 in the upload) point to Rt630x64.sys - a driver component of your wired networking card. While it's possible that this driver is to blame, there are many other possible problems that could be associated with this error. For starters, update the wired network driver to the latest, Win8 compatible version.
USB audio devices tend to be problematic at times, please be sure to update your drivers to the latest, Win8 compatible version. The current drivers date from 2010 (before Win8 came out).
Please remove the Western Digital software. It's wdcsam64.sys driver dates from 2008 and is known to cause BSOD's
Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
