    facing netio.sys bsod like HELL
Why didn't you do Windows Update?

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Here's the dump and all that you need. I am sorry but I am not good in English. And the first priority is very much thanks to you for looking into my bsod matter. I am using qbittorent it doesn't give BSOD but it crashes after sometime. And sorry I do not have broadband or dialup connection. I use internet via my friends dongle whenever he visits me. So that's why I am late for replying. And via mobile i get a speed of 64kbps(8KB) constant and unlimited. I can't afford anymore than that.

all links goes to same folder on my skydrive.

And i can't do windows update i'll have to put my mobile online for days.
And its not happening with daemon tools or anything but only with utorrent, bittorrent, bitcomet and others.
A friend of mine suggested open source 'qbittorent' i never had any BSOD after UNinstalling all other clients.
currently i have qbittorent installed but it never gave BSOD but it crashes sometimes not affecting anything, it just crashes.
Again thanks a Lot. I do not have knowledge like you people to figure out all these bugs, hw/sw bugs and all.
I'll wait for reply.

    facing netio.sys bsod like HELL
I'll reply after updating Virtual Box, thank God its a free tool for my studies. I have updated IVT bluesoliel and everything.
I don't get it - what netio.sys has to do? with ll this?
Only the thing left is to update Virtual Box, then i'll install utorrent client and report if i get BSOD again. Its been a week since i got BSOD as I am using qbittorent. But it crashes while I am sleeping. I keep my PC on download whole night as I can finish 200mb of download every night with my unlimited plan. I'll reply tomorrow again after testing utorrent and latest virtual box, my current virtal box is v 4.1.2 [2011]. may be this is the reason. But I still don't get it why these BSOD came suddenly? uptill now from years everything was absolutely awesome and fine. Thanks again. Waiting for your reply anxiously. And sorry for my English again.

Your English is just fine.

I suggest devoting more time to Windows Updates (you only have 7 - and most systems have 100 or more) and less time to torrents - at least temporarily.
Lack of Windows Updates will cause all sorts of problems - to include crashes and BSOD's.
Get as many updates as you can each day - eventually you'll catch up and the system will be far more stable because of it.

Downloads cause programs to change (and Windows also), so over time these changes can cause instability.
That's why we ask that you update Windows and 3rd party drivers.

E: H: I: and L: drives all have less than 15% free space. Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

NETIO.sys is a Windows networking driver. Since it's blamed, we presume that it's something that works through networking that is the actual cause (such as the torrent software). But, since you don't have all the Windows Updates our troubleshooting will be more difficult (as we have to figure out what is really to blame). We usually assume that Windows isn't to blame - because it's been updated. But since your copy isn't updated, we can't safely make that assumption.

These devices are disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?:
Bluetooth PAN Network Adapter {F12D3CF8-B11D-457E-8641-BE2AF2D6D204}\IVTBTPAN\1&1EC31360&3&0000 This device is disabled.
VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter ROOT\NET\0001 This device is disabled.
Please enable the devices and update their drivers. Feel free to disable them again after the drivers are updated.

I don't work with torrents, so you'll have to get advice on them from others.

Try running Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
