BSOD/Auto-Restart, seems to be related to ntoskrnl.exe

I've attached the SF Diagnostics report to this post.

Whenever I've tried to play a game in the past 2 days, the game will rapidly slow and lag, then the PC will restart itself and it only gave one error report, now it has since stopped giving error reports. I've searched all over but I still have no idea how to eliminate this issue.

I've tried removing Kernel Labs software (as suggested in a post for Win 7), but to no avail, as I have never even installed anything by KL.

Please enable the device and update it. Feel free to disable it again once it's been updated.

All 3 of the memory dumps blame your nVidia video drivers.
Please try these troubleshooting steps: Video TDR Timeout - 0x116 + 0x117 - Sysnative Forums

If you'll note the first memory dump, it blames "hardware". As such, please try these free diagnostics (especially the video tests): Hardware Diagnostics

Please remove LogMeIn/Hamchi from the system. It dates from 2007 and likely isn't compatible w/Win8

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

I wasn't aware of the Cisco VPN being disabled. Unfortunately I can't update it, that would require money, and I don't even remember downloading the Cisco VPN at all. I've uninstalled LogMeIn Hamachi and I've done a clean install on my drivers. I also downloaded the latest Afterburner, but CLVirtualDrive can't be updated, I don't think.
