Random crashes in Windows 8

Hello there - just having random crashes where the PC entirely reboots itself. If anyone can help me figure out what might be wrong I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks, Jim.

These devices are disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?

Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter - Deterministic Network Enhancer Miniport ROOT\DNI_DNEMP\0001 This device is disabled.

Microsoft Kernel Debug Network Adapter - Deterministic Network Enhancer Miniport ROOT\DNI_DNEMP\0004 This device is disabled.

Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter #2 - Deterministic Network Enhancer Miniport ROOT\DNI_DNEMP\0008 This device is disabled.

Please enable, then update the Cisco Systems driver (or remove it). As for the Microsoft items, right click and select "Uninstall" for all of them - then reboot to see if they come back. If they do, then post back here.

The WER section of MSINFO32 shows both video and Cisco BSOD's. Please remove the Cisco software from your system (the driver dates from 2008). Please update your video drivers to the latest available, Win8 compatible version.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
