Every second boot BSOD

I recently built a pc and decided to go windows 8 on it. However, if has been blue screening on every second start. Even after doing a fresh install and updating all the drivers that I could possibly think of nothing has changed. I've ran a memory test for 16 hours and it's shows no errors, my ssd's health is supposed to be fine and stress testing my video card does nothing.

It seems my computer will consistently blue screen after 1-5 minutes of use of a 'first' boot before restarting and running fine after that.

Please help, I'm genuinely perplexed D:

System Spec:

Sabertooth x79 motherboard
Intel i7-3820 2011 chip
GTX 680 2Gb
16 Gb Coursair Evo 1666mhz ram if I'm not mistaken
Intel 250Gb 520
2TB WD Black
H100i Closed loop system

Thanks for reading :)

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

BugCheck Info: [url=http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x00000018]REFERENCE_BY_POINTER (18)[/url]
Arguments:

Arg3: 0000000000000001, Reserved
Arg4: 8000000000000000, Reserved
The reference count of an object is illegal for the current state of the object.
Each time a driver uses a pointer to an object the driver calls a kernel routine
to increment the reference count of the object. When the driver is done with the
pointer the driver calls another kernel routine to decrement the reference count.
Drivers must match calls to the increment and decrement routines. This bugcheck
can occur because an object's reference count goes to zero while there are still
open handles to the object, in which case the fourth parameter indicates the number
of opened handles. It may also occur when the object?s reference count drops below zero
whether or not there are open handles to the object, and in that case the fourth parameter
contains the actual value of the pointer references count.

Update

I restarted but alas, it's still blue screening.

Just recently I ran a memory test and a hdd test for my secondary hdd and nothing showed up. Video card stress test didn't do anything either. I don't know if there's a way to error test an ssd?

Also, I think I was able to remove what you requested but the applications error'ed during uninstall. Asus and Corsair should stick to hardware haha.

Attached is an updated SF Diagnostics :)

Anyways, thanks for reading.

I suggest this free test for SSD's - but it's not really a diagnostic utility, it's more of a benchmarking tool: Crystal Disk Mark - Software - Crystal Dew World
Intel has this SSD Toolbox: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=18455

Have you turned Driver Verifier on? This last memory dump is a Driver Verifier enabled memory dump.
Please turn Driver Verifier off by opening verifier.exe, selecting "Delete existing settings", then selecting "Finish". Reboot for the changes to take affect.

The Asus hardware monitoring utility is still installed. Try installing/uninstalling it to see if it works. If it doesn't I'll provide some instructions for safely removing it manually.

Please continue with the rest of the hardware diagnostics. Once you've tried all of them the next step is this: Hardware Stripdown Troubleshooting

At one point there will come a time where you'll have to wipe/reinstall Windows as a part of the diagnostic process. I'd suggest getting ready for that now (backing up your stuff and getting your recovery disks together). Once you're ready, here's a link for a "clean" install of Windows: Canned Speeches - "Clean" Install
Either the BSOD's will continue (helping to confirm that this is a hardware problem) or they won't (in which case it was a Windows problem or an unidentified 3rd party driver problem).

Update

Mmm, it seems as though -even after running the Asus hardware monitoring utility uninstaller- the driver is still there. Could you show me how to remove it manually? I've done a fresh install of windows before and there is never any Blue Screening until after about half a month or so of general use. The problem is, during both occasions I can never pin point an exact event that started it off D:

Try this:
1) Create a Restore Point using System Restore
2) Create a Repair disc:
Win7 - Go to Start...All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc
Win8 - Press "WIN" and "R" to open the Run dialog...type "RECDISC" (without the quotes) and press ENTER
3) Test the System Repair disc to make sure that you can get to the System Restore entry when you boot from the disk (you may also want to try actually using System Restore to make sure that it works)
4) Download this free program (Autoruns for Windows) and use it to disable any instances of AsUpIO.sys that are starting (or any otherAsus hardware monitoring entries) (DO NOT DELETE - only disable by removing the checkmark in the left hand column)
5) Check in Device Manager (to include showing hidden devices from the View menu item) and ensure that any instances of AsUpIO.sys (or any other Asus hardware monitoring entries) are "Uninstalled" (DO NOT DISABLE THESE).
6) Check in the Services applet (services.msc) to be sure any instances of AsUpIO.sys or any other Asus hardware monitoring entries are disabled.
7) Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename the AsUpIO.sys driver to AsUpIO.BAD (search the hard drive for it if it's not in C:\Windows\System32\drivers).

In the event that the system doesn't boot:

1) Boot from the System Repair disc and use the Command Prompt option to rename AsUpIO.BAD to AsUpIO.sys
Code:
ren C:\Windows\System32\drivers\AsUpIO.BAD C:\Windows\System32\drivers\AsUpIO.sys
2) Boot from the System Repair disc and use the System Restore option to restore the system to a point before the changes were made.

Good luck!

If this is a hardware error (as I suspect) you may never see what causes it - as it can be routines inside the OS that you never see that are causing it. They'll only occur when the routines attempt to do something that uses the broken portion of the hardware. Even our method of determining that it's broken hardware is based on the randomness of the errors.
