So i have started getting BSOD from when i sleep, i have no idea why. And the causes seem to be different, so i can´t figure it out.

I included the BSOD logs in a text file, hopefully you can get something out of it.

Fixed the SF Diagnostic Tool, so here is the uploaded files.

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

No time to calculate free space, but several of your drives have less than 10% free space. Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

You have 6 hard drives. What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?

SSD's were temperamental when they first came out, but their reliability has improved greatly over the last year or two. There are 2 things that MUST be checked on systems with BSOD's and SSD's:
1) That the SSD firmware is the latest available for the SSD
2) That the storage controller drivers on the motherboard are the most recent. They must date from late 2012 or later. This is ALL controllers, not just the one that the SSD is attached to.

These devices have problems in Device Manager:
Microsoft Basic Display Adapter PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_5157&SUBSYS_0F2B1002&REV_00\4&3A440333&0&10F0 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.

VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet1 ROOT\VMWARE\0000 This device is disabled.

VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet8 ROOT\VMWARE\0001 This device is disabled.

Multimedia Video Controller PCI\VEN_14F1&DEV_8800&SUBSYS_86061462&REV_05\4&3A440333&0&08F0 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Multimedia Controller PCI\VEN_14F1&DEV_8811&SUBSYS_86061462&REV_05\4&3A440333&0&09F0 The drivers for this device are not installed.
The first one is a problem, but it might be associated with some of your video devices. Update all of your video drivers.

The next 2 are from your VMWare. If not needed, uninstall them. If needed, enable them and update their drivers.

The last 2 are from a TV card of some sort. Please install the latest, Win8 compatible drivers for this device

Lot's of Live Kernel Events in the WER section of MSINFO32. Please provide this info:
Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

I've seen issues with the Samsung Android USB stuff recently - and your drivers date from 2009 (well before Win8). Try uninstalling it to see if that helps.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

This will yield at least one MDL which points to it. Then do another !search
for each MDL found, this will yield the IRP(s) that point to it, revealing
which driver is leaking the pages.
    Otherwise, set HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory

will save stack traces so the guilty driver can be easily identified.
When you enable this flag, if the driver commits the error again you will
    see a different bugcheck - DRIVER_LEFT_LOCKED_PAGES_IN_PROCESS (0xCB) -
which can identify the offending driver(s).

True i am overclocking/ have overclocked. weird enough i haven´t had anyproblem. I think it started when i enabled all the C1E Intel Speed Step stuff. But okay will take that on the list.

the HDDs that are less then 15% are just Backup HDDs, they are not really used, so i don´t think it should be a problem.

The SSD is the latest, and very new, and i use the Intel SATA 2, as my SATA 3 is unreliable (Marvell).

Uninstalled the VMware as i didn´t use them currently.
Video card = latest.

Capture card is a bit buggy yes, but it shouldn´t affect the system as long as i don´t use it, (never has, had it a long time).

Will upload the event log.

Hmm didn´t actually think about that, need to look into the drivers, as 2009 was a Looong time ago.

will check the drivers on the link, thanks.

EDIT:

Can´t find samsung drivers anywhere.
And can´t find ATK driver either, it says that you can get a 2013 windows 8 version from windows update, but i can´t find it.

It really doesn't matter if it's used or not - the system has control over those things and it access's them when it feels like it, not just only when used. I learned this back in the Win98 days with an ATI TVWonder card. The system gave me fits until I physically removed it! Also, I have seen drivers loaded into memory even if a device is disabled in Device Manager - so they are, in fact, being used even if you can't see it.

And it doesn't matter if it has never given you problems before. Components degrade over time, especially when stressed (such as with an overclock).

If you can't find the Samsung drivers, remove the device and uninstall the drivers in order to test. You can always reinstall the old stuff later on (after the system is stabilized).

Don't worry about the ASACPI.sys driver - I neglected to remove the highlight from it (the 2012 version is the latest available)
Do worry about the AsIO.sys driver - install the latest, Win8 compatible version of PCProbe or AISuite

Overfull hard drives can cause BSOD's, even if they're not "being used". Windows does things in the background that you don't see, and on a schedule that you don't know (which includes all drives). That being said, I've only seen BSOD issues a couple of times and only on severely full drives.

The system is spitting Event ID 41's and BugChecks in no discernible order. This is, IMO, a low-level/hardware issue (and a 43% overclock is the strongest suspect). Here's the canned explanation:
They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

I see, i just uninstalled the driver and told window to not install it automaticly.
But i guess i should remove it as i am not currently using it.

Will try to clean my harddrives a bit, though don´t think i can clean them that much, some real big files there.

When i look into the event log, i think that most of them (that are 2 months old) are when i was overclocking, meaning it crashed when i did stress tests etc, so that´s not wierd.
Though the latest one is wierd. hmm i think it may have happened when i was programming, i totally messed up and hard locked the system and got a BSOD, i guess that was it, it´s the only crash i can remember, except from sleep modes.

Weird thing though is that i don´t have PCProbe installed, or AISuite, can´t find the latest either.

Will try to check the go through the stuff and see if anything happens. Currently i have tried doing sleeps here and there, and actually survived, so hopefully it may be solved.

My thoughts about devices are - if they're in your system they need to have the appropriate drivers installed. If you don't want to install the drivers, then you've got to (safely) remove the device from your system. This is relatively easy with hardware, but software devices can easily get messed up.

The AsIO.sys driver is installed under many different circumstances - so it's entirely possible that you don't have either installed. If you're unable to locate it (I just download all the utilities and look through them before installing them), please let us know the make and model of your system (or the make and model of your motherboard if it's a custom built system).

The story behind the ASACPI.sys driver is that Win7/8 would automatically install the 2005 version from Windows Update when Windows was being installed. Win8 had problems initially which were fixed with the 2009 version - and then Asus got the 2012 version for Win8 and the problem ceased to exist (in Win8).

I have had hard drives get so full that I couldn't delete anything from them. The easiest solution is to format the drive - but then you lose everything. The other "solution" is to start deleting small files until you get enough free space to delete larger files - and that takes a long time!

Fixing the stuff that I've mentioned (to the best of your ability) tends to rule out all the 3rd party possibilities. If the system still BSOD's after that, then it's most likely a hardware problem. Please run the diagnostics that I've suggested: Hardware Diagnostics

Good luck!

Clever thought indeed.

Hmm, well i probably have it, i think i may have installed AI Suite or something some time ago.
My Motherboard is P7P55D-E Pro.

I installed ATK driver from Windows Update now, andi got 2012/11/05.

The thing is, the harddrives that are full, or well one of them, have Extremely large files, like 100gb, so it´s not that easy.
The other one, is a backup of everything though, so i could probably do something there.

Well let´s hope it´s not a Hardware(real pain), and that it was/is a silly driver issue or something.

Thanks!
