Recurring BSOD: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL netio.sys

Hi, I bought a Samsung laptop about a month ago and since then I've intermittently been getting BSOD crashes with the error message: "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL netio.sys." It seems as though they mostly happen when I am running uTorrent but it I'm not 100% on that (although apparently netio.sys is some kind of network driver?).

So, I got another one of the same BSOD errors, this one definitely occurred during the use of uTorrent. Updated crash files are attached.

Just updated McAfee to the latest patch (which is supposedly made for Windows 8), and tried the torrent during which the BSOD crash occurred twice before. Everything seems to be working well (for now), thanks so much for the help!
