There are no memory dumps in the uploaded reports, please do this:
Upload Dump Files:
NOTE: If using a disk cleaning utility, please stop using it while we are troubleshooting your issues.
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service. Then post the link to it in your topic so that we can download it.

Also, search your entire hard drive for files ending in .dmp, .mdmp, and .hdmp. Zip up any that you find and upload them with your next post.

Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): Set MiniDumpMore info on dump file options here: Overview of memory dump file options for Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2

Your BIOS dates from 2010. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

This device is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
150Mbps Wireless 802.11n PCI Adapter PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_3060&SUBSYS_77111432&REV_00\4&3A7CD15B&0&38A4 This device is disabled.
If not using the device, please remove it from your system and uninstall it's software. If you do use it, please enable it and update the drivers. Feel free to disable it again after this.

I don't see many BSOD's in the WER section of MSINFO32, but I do see many, many Live Kernel Events. Please do this:
Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).
Also, please use this free utility to monitor your system's temperatures: HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

Hi,, thanks for the reply, I couldn't find any MEMORY.DMP or minidump in whole of my system, so I follow your instructions on how to set my system to capture Minidumps. I followed your instruction about Kernel Events and Im attaching the ZIP file here...Ill upload the minidump the next time my machine crashes..Ive checked the newer BIOS from my motherboard's website and it seems the newer ones doesn't really pertain about the crashes I am suffering, so surely it isn't BIOS related...my wifi card is also up-to-date with its driver.

Thank you very much.

What are the temps immediately before and immediately after a crash?

All 3 of the memory dumps blame crashdmp.sys - a Windows driver involved when the system is crashing.
It's preceded by an instance of hal.dll in each of the dump files, so I suspect hardware/compatibility issues because of it.

I suggest running the tests to help rule out Windows corruption:
Then please run the following DISM commands to see if there's any problems with the system (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after each one:
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

If the problem is fixable, you can use this command to repair it (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt). Press Enter after typing it:
Code:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

From this article: Repair a Windows Image

You can also run sfc.exe /scannow from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt to check for further corruption.
If you do find issues with sfc.exe, then we'll have to call in some more specialized assistance (as I'm not expert with CBS logs).

We still need the temp results to help rule that out.

There are enough signs here that I have to wonder about this installation. Should this be a pirated copy of Windows, please be aware that we may not be able to fix it (as the hacks that were done to activate it will cause the OS to behave differently than we expect it to). If that's the case, our efforts to help may just waste your time. Secondly, the forum rules prohibit assisting with pirated software - so the topic would be closed if that is the case.

Please provide the MGADiag report according to these instructions (from this post: Product Key Number - Uninstall and Deactivate in Windows - Page 3 - Windows 7 Help Forums ):
To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

Finally, in case there is actually another driver that's causing the crash, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Essentially the same type of memory dump. It has less 3rd party drivers, so hardware is still most likely.

We'll need Driver Verifier to help rule out drivers
We'll need the temp results to let us know if we're dealing with a heat issue here (that won't show in the reports)
and we'll need you to run these free hardware diagnostics (and let us know the results): Hardware Diagnostics

Hi Guys

Hi guys, sorry for coming back a bit late, I was busy these past few days.
With regards to my PC, I decided to refresh it (windows 8 refresh) and after that all seems good now.
It wasn't the temp for sure coz it was around 40-50C or lower every time it crashes and I haven't really touch (hardware wise)the machine when it started to BSOD randomly, methinks that Windows 8 itself got corrupted.
So thanks very much for all the help guys.
(Ill check about the AMD driver if I can update it..)
Cheers,
Koymik
