I have a Lenovo laptop running windows 8 that keeps randomly getting the above BSOD. Reliability monitor doesn't give any solutions.

run chkdsk /r with no errors. same with sfc /scannow. All updates are installed and all drivers are updated from Lenovo website.

I attach the dump files.

Thanks.

The BSOD's blame the wired networking driver (rtl8187.sys), so please update it (as it dates from 2009).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Apologies for the late reply. I have updated drivers and no blue screens so far. It appears that the problem has been fixed.

Thanks.

No problem with the delay, it's often not immediately evident that the BSOD's have stopped. I usually give it a week or two before saying it's fixed.

Thanks for letting us know!
