    Thank you for your help.
I attached the new zip in this post.
I hope, it is correct this time.

Before I start with your instructions, I'll better wait, until you guys had a look at this?!
    What do you think?

    Again, thanks for your help...

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

No need to wait, start the fixes now.

SSD's were temperamental when they first came out, but their reliability has improved greatly over the last year or two. There are 2 things that MUST be checked on systems with BSOD's and SSD's:
    1) That the SSD firmware is the latest available for the SSD
    2) That the storage controller drivers on the motherboard are the most recent. They must date from late 2012 or later. This is ALL controllers, not just the one that the SSD is attached to.
That is the only thing that I got from the additional reports. Continue with my previous suggestions and we'll work from there.

I installed the latest Chip Sets and also the latest Intel Storage Drivers.
Additionally, I made a BIOS update. -> I hope, it worked. I forgot to take a picture of the old version and I am not sure, if the one I see now is also the latest one. lol

What I will do now is: keep it running and wait for the next BSOD, or may be not.
Anyway, I will keep you informed.

Update: I kept my pc running for about 24h and so far (touch wood), no BSOD.
I carefully assume, the driver and/or BIOS update solved the problem. -> But, you know better how a BSOD works.
    It's like a b$%?h.

At this point, I would like to say thank you to the people who helped me out with my problem.
